1. Shipping Policy

Delivery Time

  • Local (Pakistan) orders are usually delivered within 3 to 7 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Charges

  • We offer Free Shipping on orders above Rs. 2,500.

  • For orders below Rs. 2,500, a standard delivery fee of Rs. 200 will be charged.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours after confirmation.

  • You will receive a confirmation call or message before dispatch.

Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via SMS or email.

  • You can track your order using our courier partner’s website.


2. Return & Exchange Policy

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Perfumes, cosmetics, and intimate products are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

Exchange Process

  • If you receive a wrong or damaged product, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will arrange a pickup or exchange at no extra cost.
